He has led and contributed to major landmark projects with the National Petroleum Development Company (NEPL), a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), delivering value in upstream operations, installation, and production support services.
A dedicated professional, he is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). His career is distinguished by a deep commitment to safety, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance, backed by continuous professional development through various specialized Oil and Gas seminars and workshops.
As Chairman & Founder of Henxonfield Limited, he provides strategic leadership and technical direction, driving the company's mission to deliver reliable and certified solutions to the energy sector.
Ijeoma Uche is a seasoned Human Capital and Business Management executive with over ten (10) years of proven experience in Human Resource Management, Consultancy, and Strategic Advisory Services.

Pereowei Kemekio serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Technical Director at Henxonfield Limited, with more than ten years of practical experience in oil and gas Instrumentation and Control Systems.
A seasoned automation and controls specialist, he holds a B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and is a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). He is highly proficient in the design, construction, and commissioning of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and Fire and Gas Systems, with hands-on expertise on leading Emerson DeltaV and HIMA platforms.
His project experience spans major upstream and gas developments, including the Southern Swamp Associated Gas Solutions (SSAGS), the Forcados Yokri Integrated Project, and the Oben Gas Plant Expansion. In these roles, he delivered critical systems with precision and in compliance with global safety standards.

Olele Jones Oyinkuro is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with a B.Sc. in Accountancy and professional certification as a Certified National Accountant (CNA) of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN).
With extensive experience spanning Engineering firms, Government Agencies, and the Private Sector, he has executed diverse consultancy engagements that have strengthened financial systems, compliance, and organizational performance.

Rising through the ranks from HSE Inspector to HSE Lead and now HSE Manager, he has a proven track record of managing Health, Safety, and Environment for workforces of over 100 personnel, consistently delivering projects with Zero Lost Time Injuries (Zero LTI) and maintaining positive community relations.
A NEBOSH and OSHA-trained safety leader, his core competencies include comprehensive Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW) Systems, Incident Investigation, Gas Testing, Emergency Response Planning, and HSE Management Systems (HSE-MS) implementation.
